WASHINGTON — NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer released the following statement regarding the results of the CA-40 jungle primary: 

“Congratulations to Young Kim on her primary victory. Young is fighting to lower costs for California families, while Democrat Asif Mahmood supports Democrats’ failed agenda that’s caused record-high inflation and skyrocketing gas prices. California voters will send Young Kim to Congress once again in November.”
