D’s face warning signs with Hispanics as GOP makes inroads
The Hill reports “Democrats are confronting a series of troubling signs regarding their support among Latino voters.”
A recent Quinnipiac Poll found Joe Biden’s approval rating among Hispanic voters is just 24%.
Meanwhile, Republicans are making strong inroads with the Hispanic community.
Last night in Virginia Republicans nominated Yesli Vega, a former police officer who in 2019 became the first Latina to serve on the Prince William Board of County Supervisors.
And of course, Republicans just elected Mayra Flores, the first Mexican-born Congresswoman ever, from a district that is 84 percent Hispanic.
