| The NRCC today launched the third edition of “Project Spotlight,” a new initiative highlighting top GOP recruits who represent the unique stories and diversity within the Republican Party. As a third-generation member of the armed services, honor, duty, and service shaped Jen Kiggans from a young age. Jen served her country as a Navy helicopter pilot, serves her family as a mom of four, and serves her community as a nurse practitioner and state senator. Now, she’s answering the call to solve the numerous crises caused by Democrats’ one-party rule in Washington. |

Kiggans faces Elaine Luria in Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District, one of the country’s most competitive House races.
