Cook Political Report moves RI-02 toward GOP

The Cook Political Report just moved RI-02 in Republicans’ direction, deeming it a Toss Up.
They write:
“It appears Democrats have a problem on their hands in Rhode Island. Republicans have coalesced behind attorney and former 12-year Cranston Mayor Allen Fung, who’s regarded as a moderate. A new Boston Globe poll shows Fung leading Democratic state Treasurer Seth Magaziner 45 percent to 39 percent, and at least one private survey shows Biden underwater here and the well-liked Fung up by an even heftier margin.”
