Biden tanks Maloney’s reelection hopes

Politico reports Democrats sitting in traditional liberal strongholds are realizing they are in big trouble this November thanks to Biden’s tanking numbers:

“The atmosphere has become so abysmal for Democrats that strategists see the potential for a slew of bluer districts to come into play, including ones Biden carried by double-digits two years ago,” including NY-17.

But Sean Patrick Maloney just doubled down and said he “will support the president” for reelection in 2024, perhaps refusing to admit the error of his baffling pledge that vulnerable members will run as “Biden Democrats” in the midterms?
