Malinowski’s Moderate Party nothing more than a publicity stunt

The New Jersey Globe reports the liberal-backed Moderate Party, which is attempting to put corrupt Democrat Tom Malinowski’s name on the ballot twice, has failed to file a lawsuit to do just that.

Five weeks after Secretary of State Tahesha Way rejected Malinowski as the Moderate Party candidate, it turns out the nomination really is “just a publicity stunt to remake Malinowski as a centrist in a newly-drawn district that is decidedly more Republican than the one he flipped four years ago.”
