Does Maloney still think inflation is a short-term issue?

CNBC reports “the consumer price index, a broad measure of everyday goods and services, soared 9.1% from a year ago, above the 8.8% Dow Jones estimate.”

Sean Patrick Maloney has been downplaying inflation “as a short-term issue” since last summer when he compared the economy to a previously frozen pipe that “coughs and spits a little bit” when you turn it back on.
