Raleigh violent crime soars, Nickel won’t help

Violent crime in Raleigh is soaring. 

The News-Observer reports, “Last year, there were 33 homicides in Raleigh. There have been 24 so far this year, including a 23-month-old boy fatally shot last week.”

Wiley Nickel sure hasn’t helped though.  Nickel voted against increased penalties for drug-related charges and against increased penalties for gang-related crime.

He’s also endorsed by a group that wants to defund the police and Nancy Pelosi, who’s radical agenda supports defunding.
