Kim votes to cut DOD budget

Andy Kim just voted in favor of an amendment that would cut $37 billion from the Department of Defense budget, part of a proposed 8.5% cut to the total budget.

The amendment ultimately did not pass, with many of Kim’s fellow Democrats voting against the cuts.
