Malinowski’s desperate Moderate Party ploy falls flat

Tom Malinowski’s efforts to appear on the November ballot twice have failed, the New Jersey Globe reports.

In a move that should surprise no one, New Jersey Secretary of State Tahesha Way is standing by her decision that Malinowski cannot appear on the ballot as the candidate for both the Democrat and Moderate parties.
