AARP Battleground Poll: GOP leads by 4 on generic

The AARP hired the bipartisan polling team of Fabrizio Ward & Impact Research to conduct a Congressional Battleground poll “in the 56 most competitive Congressional Districts for 2022.”

A generic Republican holds a 4-point advantage over the generic Democrat in districts that voted for President Biden by an average of 6 points in 2020, a ten-point swing.

The survey found inflation is the most important issue to voters and the economy is the second most important issue to voters. Republicans lead by 20 points or more on both of these issues.
