Wild’s comments bashing Carbon County not sitting well with residents

Susan Wild’s disdain for the people of Carbon County just might seal the deal for her November loss.

Wild said she “might have to school” the “rural” voters over their support for Trump.

The comments did not sit well with Jim Thorpe Mayor Michael Sofranko, who said residents of the county “are not defined by the red or blue of politics, but instead by their faith, their family, and their friends.”

Sofranko said, “I don’t know where Susan Wild gets off saying she wants to ‘school’ Carbon County.”
