Decision Desk HQ rates CA-13 as TOSSUP

Decision Desk HQ forecasts California’s 13^th Congressional District as a “Toss Up” this November. 

The organization cites Republican turnout in the primary and “a Hispanic Republican trend make this district an appealing target.”
