FACT CHECK: Horsford said he voted to lower costs

Amid record inflation in the Mountain West, Steven Horsford claims he “consistently voted to lower costs.” 

But Horsford voted for the American Rescue Plan, which both the New York Times and Voxsay worsened this inflation crisis.
