Levin says economists are lying about inflation cause

Mike Levin said during a town hall in Oceanside, California on Saturday that the American Rescue Plan has done “almost nothing” to contribute to inflation and those saying it did “are not telling the truth.”

So, is Mike Levin accusing former Obama economic advisor and Treasury Secretary Larry Summers of lying? What about the economists at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco?
