Malinowski’s Moderate fantasy is over
Tom Malinowski’s attempt to get on the November ballot twice “appears to be dead” after the Moderate Party’s attorneys “failed to file with the state appellate court on an emergent basis or seek an expedited briefing schedule” in their challenge of the constitutionality of New Jersey’s ban on fusion voting.
Just days ago, Malinowski was bragging to voters about the real reason behind the ruse, which he said would allow them to “vote for me [on the ballot] as a Democrat but you can also vote for me [on the ballot] as a moderate.”
