Cartwright stands by his man

Matt Cartwright’s district is one of the most likely in the nation to flip this fall, according to National Journal.

Biden’s tanking approval ratings in Pennsylvania, and specifically in his adopted hometown of Scranton, spell trouble for Cartwright.

But Cartwright was set to appear with Biden in Pennsylvania last week and told Bloomberg he has no “trepidation” about campaigning with the unpopular president.
