Do O’Halleran and Stanton believe the U.S. is in a recession?

AP reports the “US economy shrank at a 0.9% rate from April through June,” the second straight quarterly contraction. 

This means we are officially in a recession, but the White House won’t admit it.

Will Tom O’Halleran and Greg Stanton admit we’re in a recession? Or will they take Arizonans for fools, like the White House is doing?
