Does Spanberger believe we’re in a recession?

AP reports the “US economy shrank at a 0.9% rate from April through June,” the second straight quarterly contraction. 

This means we are officially in a recession. 

Does Abigail Spanberger still believe we’re still having “one of the best economic recoveries?”

Or will she admit we’re in a recession?
