Kaptur continues to stand by her man

Marcy Kaptur’s district is one of the most likely to flip this fall, as President Biden’s tanking approval ratings spell trouble for Kaptur.
 
But when Biden flew to Ohio in February and again in July, Kaptur firmly embraced Biden saying, “Ohio should be saluting him with flags from one end of the state to the other.”
