Caraveo gaslights Coloradans, takes credit for CO tax break she tried to eliminate

Starting today, Colorado taxpayers are getting a refund, thanks to the Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR).  

And Yadira Caraveo is falsely trying to take credit.

Caraveo previously sought to get rid of the return, co-sponsoring a bill that would have forever eliminated TABOR refunds.
