Kaptur refuses to answer if she supports Dems’ tax hikes

The Joint Committee on Taxation found Democrats’ latest reckless spending spree would raise taxes by $16.7 billion on American taxpayers making less than $200,000.

But vulnerable Democrat Marcy Kaptur refused to answer if she’ll support hiking taxes on middle-class Ohioans during a recession.
