NEW: OR-04 & OR-06 race ratings shift toward GOP

Cook Political Report just shifted their OR-04 and OR-06 race ratings toward Republicans from “Likely D” to “Leans D.”

This comes after Oregon Democrat Andrea Salinas revealed that Joe Biden’s sinking poll numbers are hurting Democrats’ chances in the state.
