How will Bishop vote?

The House is set to vote on the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” this week.
Sanford Bishop praised the economy saying, “I think things are looking up.”
Does this mean Sanford Bishop will support this scheme that will raise taxes on the middle-class and hire 87,000 IRS agents to audit Americans?
