NEW POLL shows CA-13 race TIED

A new poll of CA-13 votes shows President Biden has a 55% disapproval rating with Republican John Duarte and Democrat Adam Gray tied on the ballot. 

Reminder: President Biden won CA-13 by 10.9 points.
