FACT CHECK: Malinowski’s new ad made-up bullsh*t

Tom Malinowski is out with his first ad of the cycle that distorts his record and makes believe Malinowski is “taking on bullies” and “works for you, not them.”

Except… Malinowski:

• Voted for the inflation-stoking ARP
• Opposes American energy independence
• Repeatedly attacked NJ parents’ education concerns as “made-up cultural bullshit” stemming from a “fringe movement”
• Is still under ethics investigation for insider trading over his 2020 stock buying and selling spree where he profited while his constituents suffered
• Reneged on his “No SALT, no deal” pledge to appease Nancy Pelosi
