Katie Porter defends vote to expand IRS

Katie Porter is defending her vote to give the IRS $80 billion in new funding to hire an army of new auditors to harass middle-class Californians. 

Democrats says the middle class won’t be targeted, but multiple reports confirm that the Congressional Budget Office informed lawmakers that audits of taxpayers making under $400,000 accounts for about $20 billion in revenue for the Inflation Reduction Act.
