O’Halleran and Stanton on record supporting student loan cancelation

 Liberal economists Larry Summers and Jason Furman are blasting Joe Biden’s student loan debt cancelation because it will make inflation worse. 

Furman notes, “Pouring roughly half trillion dollars of gasoline on the inflationary fire that is already burning is reckless.”

And Summers said, “Student loan debt relief is spending that raises demand and increases inflation…It will also tend to be inflationary by raising tuitions.”

But Tom O’Halleran and Greg Stanton have been very quiet. 

Neither have commented on the plan, but both have previously voted for legislation which includes student loan forgiveness.
