NEW: OR races shift toward GOP

Inside Elections changed their race ratings for OR-05 and OR-06 toward Republicans.

OR-05 has gone from “Lean Democratic” to “Tilt Democratic” and OR-06 from “Likely Democratic” to “Lean Democratic.”

This comes after Cook Political Report shifted these races in favor of Republicans.
