Race ratings shift: PA-17 moves toward GOP

Inside Elections just moved PA-17 from “Lean Democratic” to “Toss-Up.”

They note that Democrat Chris Deluzio “doesn’t have the benefit of a pre-established brand” – which means Pennsylvania voters will soon discover he’s a radical socialist who supports Democrats’ latest tax and spend boondoggle.
