Cartwright cozies up to Biden as Fetterman flees

John Fetterman is refusing to campaign with Joe Biden for his Labor Day trip through Pennsylvania.

But as other Democrats distance themselves from Biden, Matt Cartwright is cozying up to the deeply unpopular president as he travels to Scranton.

Cartwright has been heralded by the administration as an example of support from vulnerable House Democrats, and he votes with Biden 100% of the time.
