VIDEO: Luria admits Inflation Reduction Act is not focused on reducing inflation

Elaine Luria just said the quiet part out loud. 

At a press conference she said, “As you mention, the Inflation Reduction Act. That might be the name, but it’s a huge environmental bill.”

The Penn Wharton Budget Model found the IRA will not reduce inflation 

And the nonpartisan CBO found said it would raise taxes on the middle class by $20 billion.
