TX Dems’ American Rescue Plan sent stimulus checks to death row inmates

The Washington Free Beacon reports inmates, including those serving life sentences, received more than $1 billion in stimulus checks.  

Republican lawmakers warned Democrats this would happen while the American Rescue Plan was being debated, but Henry Cuellar and Vicente Gonzalez voted for it anyway.
