Kansans can’t afford Davids’ price hikes

September 16, 2022

“Every time I check the receipt for a grocery bill I clutch my wallet,” says Scott Sturgeon of Prairie Village, KS.

As inflation rises, the Sturgeon Family talked about their struggle with the rising food costs at the grocery store.

Sharice Davids knows Kansans are feeling the “squeeze” of inflation but that didn’t stop her from voting for the “Inflation Reduction Act,” which doesn’t reduce inflation but does raise taxes on middle-class Kansas families when they can least afford it.

NRCC Comment: “Sharice Davids isn’t helping her constituents combat sky-high grocery prices that continue to rise. It’s clear that Kansans can’t afford to keep Davids in office. ” — NRCC Spokeswoman Maggie Abboud
