New York City’s homeless shelters are overflowing as asylum seekers arrive, and Kirsten Gillibrand has decided the solution is to relocate newly arrived migrants to upstate cities.

This is exactly what Pat Ryan hoped for when he made Ulster County a sanctuary county via executive order.
