Double failure for Abigail Spanberger

Abigail Spanberger already suffered two big fails this week and it’s only Wednesday: 

Spanberger admitted she’s been cut out of negotiations for legislation that would ban lawmakers from trading stocks.

And her bill was dropped from the Democrats’ policing package.
