Heating bills to surge to 14-year high this winter

National Fuel Gas Co. predicts that heating bills will be the highest in 14 years this winter.

It estimates that the average residential heating costumer will pay 50% more to heat their homes than they did last year, with bills expected to reach over $1,000.
