Matt Cartwright is scared Pennsylvania voters are learning he’s a crooked congressman ahead of the midterms.

In his latest ad, Cartwright denounces an accurate ad that sheds light on his numerous ethics scandals and shady efforts to use his official office for personal gain.

Cartwright also conveniently ignores that Pennsylvanians are paying higher prices for everything because of his record of voting 100% of the time with Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi in Washington.
