A wealthy real estate agent whose monetary gifts to government officials may be helping him receive huge tax breaks is also a major donor to Seth Magaziner.

Arnold “Buff” Chace appears to be receiving a sweetheart deal to help reclassify multiple properties he owns as affordable housing, which would help him reap an incredible tax windfall – and it looks like his political contributions “might provide some clue” as to why elected officials are so willing to allow this to happen.

And surprise, surprise – Silver Spoon Seth Magaziner has received thousands of dollars from Chace.
