AAA: ‘Brace for rising pump prices’ as Michigan average surges to $4.17 a gallon

The Detroit Free Press reports “[g]asoline prices in Michigan surged in the last week, jumping to $4.17 a gallon for regular unleaded, up nearly a quarter — 23 cents — from just a week ago, according to AAA.”
