IL Dems support anti-police bill that emboldens criminals

Democrats’ SAFE-T Act is getting slammed by experts who say it will make Illinois’ crime problem even worse.

Not only does it eliminate cash bail, but it also forces local governments to pay for expensive unfunded mandates.

And Illinois Democrats are on board…

• Nikki Budzinski has endorsed the law, wanting even more action from the federal level.
• Sean Casten referred to it as necessary criminal justice reform.
• And Eric Sorensen has campaigned with and touted endorsements from the Democrats who implemented this legislation.
