After missing nearly 450 votes in state assembly, Salas refuses to debate

If it’s a day that ends in “y,” it’s a day Rudy Salas has failed to show up for the Central Valley. 

He’s missed nearly 450 votes in the California State Assembly, and now Rudy Salas has backed out of ANOTHER debate with Congressman David Valadao. 

Is Salas hanging out with his buddy, Joe Biden, while he’s in California instead?
