Criminal released without bail AGAIN is no ax-ident

The man who terrorized a Manhattan McDonald’s while wielding an ax last month was arrested yet again.

This time, he was busted for spray-painting graffiti and then stealing a $3,500 bike trying to flee the cops – and once again he was released without bail.
