RATINGS CHANGE: VA-07 now a “Toss Up”

The Cook Political Report has moved VA-07 to a “Toss Up” from “Lean Democrat.” 

This follows Abigail Spanberger backing out of the debate after getting slammed for campaigning with Delegate Elizabeth Guzman, a radical who wants to jail parents who don’t affirm their child’s gender identity.
