Logan leads Hayes in new poll

A new Emerson College Polling/WTNH/The Hill survey of CT-05 has George Logan up one point over Jahana Hayes, with the economy as the leading issue for 46% of voters.

This comes on the heels of Cook Political Report moving the district Joe Biden won by 11 points to a Toss Up.
