Cook Political Report just shifted two crucial races, IL-06 and IL-14, toward Republicans from Likely Democrat to merely Lean Democrat.

They write: “The scariest Halloween reality for House Democrats is the number of seats President Biden carried comfortably in 2020 that are at genuine risk a week out.”
