Joe Biden is in Pennsylvania to unleash his extreme spending plan just a day after the Senate, including 33 Democrats, voted to reject the radical DC crime bill that Chris Deluzio, Matt Cartwright, and Susan Wild supported.
 

So radical that even Biden, Chuck Schumer, and Bob Casey were against it.
