Do Kildee and Scholten support CCP spying on minors?

Michigan Democrat Shri Thanedar today wrote an adoring op-ed praising the Chinese Communist Party’s spying app TikTok. 

Thanedar’s comments follow TikTok’s CEO refusing to say the app is not used for spying and the House of Representatives banning members and staff from installing the spy app.
