Aguilar caught with hand in cookie jar

A member of House Democrats’ leadership team, Pete Aguilar, is raising eyebrows with his use of the earmark process and causing concerns about impropriety, according to a new report.

Aguilar was the sole sponsor of a $750K award to the university where his wife works.
