Pat Ryan is to Blame

The migrant crisis in New York just continues to get worse and Pat Ryan is the one to blame. 

While serving as Ulster County Executive, Pat Ryan signed an executive order designating Ulster County a sanctuary county. While in Congress, Pat Ryan voted against expanding immigration enforcement. Now, Orange County, located entirely within his district, is being kept from enforcing their own executive order which would bar NYC migrants from being shipped to their county.
